Dr. Bostic is the founder and Senior Pastor of the City of Refuge Christian Center in Cocoa, Florida. Dr. Bostic hails from Palmetto, Florida, and dedicated her life to living for God and serving Him at a young age. Her heart desires to teach people how to apply biblical truth in every facet of their lives and encourage Christians to impact every aspect of the world around them.

Her love for the Word of God inspired her determination to pursue her religious education. After extensive study, while serving as a faithful member, Dr. Bostic received her Evangelist License.  She continued her studies and earned an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Brevard Community College in Cocoa, Florida.

In her servanthood to the Lord, Dr. Bostic became an instructor/professor for Life Christian University, and she joined the instructor/professor staff at East Coast Christian University, Merritt Island, Florida.

Dr. Bostic continued her education and received her Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) in Theology from Life Christian University. She graduated with her B.A. in Christian Counseling and earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theology. Also, she was ordained as a Chaplain under The International Federation of Chaplains and Human Rights, Inc.

Dr. Bostic was consecrated and ordained into the Ministry of the Gospel of Christ. She founded and now serves as the Senior Pastor of the City of Refuge Christian Center in Cocoa, Florida. Dr. Bostic is a recognized and respected Pastor, Teacher, and Counselor. Dr. Bostic’s goal is to be a vessel in the hands of God that He may become glorified. She seeks no praise of her own. She desires to help God’s people come to the true knowledge of Christ.  She hopes to hear the Lord say, “Well done thy good and faithful servant… enter thou into the joy of the Lord.” (Mt. 25:21)
