A proud native of Compton, California and graduate of Centennial High School, Javier’s journey began in community kitchens and evolved through global pop-up events, where he honed his ability to blend hospitality with heritage. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to honoring cultural roots while creating inclusive platforms for culinary expression.
Javier’s work history is a testament to his hustle and versatility, with roles spanning Ziba Beauty, Jamba Juice, Buffalo Wild Wings, Providence Hospital, and Pepperdine University.
