A proud native of Compton, California and graduate of Centennial High School, Javier’s journey began in community kitchens and evolved through global pop-up events, where he honed his ability to blend hospitality with heritage. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to honoring cultural roots while creating inclusive platforms for culinary expression.
Javier’s work history is a testament to his hustle and versatility, with roles spanning Ziba Beauty, Jamba Juice, Buffalo Wild Wings, Providence Hospital, and Pepperdine University. Each experience sharpened his operational insight and deepened his understanding of service, teamwork, and resilience.
